Hair Today ... Buzzed Tomorrow!

Fifteen months can only mean one thing ... time for Eli to start walking!!!
People ... I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Walking? Really! He can't be rushed or bothered with such mundane tasks. Besides, he's been busy doing other things. Like growing his mullet. A mullet, might I add, that Billy Ray himself would find enviable.
Business in the front and PARTY in the back. A beautiful curly party in the back that looked just like my hair ... back in the day ... and perhaps was one of the only things that was a visible linkage between his DNA and mine ...
Well, now it's just all business.
Bye-bye party! Bye-bye curls!
It's HAIRCUT time!
Bye-bye baby! He looks like a little boy now! And I just have this hunch that with all that extra hair weight missing ... he'll be getting his balance in no time and walking in days!

  1. Mom - put away the clippers! How am I supposed to fit in with all those NASCAR fans if you take away the mullet? ;) He is so cute!!

  2. It was totally all that hair weighing him down.

  3. You look like a pro with those clippers. I love his face so much. Have I mentioned that 100 times? I think hitting milestones "on time" is totally over rated. Just ask Mac about rolling over... silly boys!!

  6. I just had to laugh at this one... and the precious look on E's face, as if he were wondering, "Really? Are you really going to take my party away?" Funny connection - Isaac was born with a mullet! Fashion forward? Who knows, but I'm so glad to report that that party finally fell out on its own and he now has a rather modern hairline - thank goodness! I'm not brave enough to get the clippers out like you!
