How Does a Bald Child Get a Haircut?

Very quickly! Howie really isn't completely bald ... he just has hair growth issues in the front of his head. If you look at the back, he often sports an Albert Einstein or Terry Bradshaw look. As they said in the 80s ... business in the front ... party in the back :)

As if we hadn't had enough torture on Sunday ... (JHB was booted from nursery!!) ... I decided that adding to the drama would be a good thing. When we arrived at Lollilocks (which Ben has declared entirely too girly for Joshua to experience EVER again) ... he was completely okay with the idea of playing, watching videos and practicing his shoplifting skills ... but when it came time for the CAPE and scissors ... the child was not happy!

We tried having him sit in a car all by himself ... NO GO!

We tried sitting in Mom's lap ... Still not having any of it!

We tried a lollipop ... nothing except blue drool!

We tried entertaining the child ... comical for the other adults but not so much for Howie!

It was a loud ... memorable experience! And since it took him 18th months to have the gal cut off 1/2 an inch ... I told the Lollilocks staff that we'll see them in a few years! I think they were relieved!
