Christmas Recap: Take One. (It's LONG!)

First off ... Christmas in Mayberry! Complete with the best Santa ever (and a daughter who spit up ALL OVER her shirt just minutes before sitting on his lap ... yum!) ... cookies ... hot chocolate ... a golf cart parade ... trucked in snow ...
And face painting! Which turned my How into Rudolph. Such fun!
And then ... How's Christmas program at his preschool. He wanted to give his teachers dolls that looked like them ... Totally.
There was singing ... and more singing ...
Hugs and surprisingly delicious food. Especially the leftover quiche from Bunco the night before.
And speaking of Bunco. It was a French themed Christmas. With Bridgette (the traveler) and French hens. There was quiche. Croissants. Parisian salad. Brie. Perrier. Crepes and French Vanilla coffee.
The crew ...
And somewhere in the mix ... this one turned six months old. And is in the 90th percentile for her length ... she'll be passing the boys up in no time.
Then it was Christmas at our house with my side of the family ...
The Audreys opening their gifts ...
And How revealing his masterpiece to his Bella ...
How painted family portraits for my mom, grandparents and Ben and I. I almost kept all three. And I offered ZIPPO assistance to the artist. I confess ... I might have sat on my hands and suggested that he not give us "angry bird" eyebrows ... but the rest of the work is his. And I LOVE THEM!
Ben and the middle child who refuses to wear pants ... built this very cool castle ...
And the evening ended with serious battles.

And that was just what happened in AZ.
