Our Vacation: Glimpse Two. And Post #400.

End of Day Two. Joshua went on his first splash ride ... a HUGE deal for him since he has been talking about riding Journey to Atlantis at SeaWorld for almost a year. (He has to be 42 inches to ride on that one ... and well ... perhaps I should start feeding him milk and eggs with hormones because he's still not tall enough!!).
I think it's safe to say that Joshua and splash rides are like two peas in a pod ...
And even though the day was supposed to be ALL ABOUT ME ... I let the boys wander over to Daytona and see a little racing action ...
We ended the day with a fabulous dinner (thank you Cake and Pap Pap) and a very florescent Mother's Day gift ...
It was colored with LOVE and in the lines .... I might add .. and it wasn't a macaroni necklace. All things to be thankful for!
And Day 3. Our 7th Anniversary. We put the kids to bed. Pretended we weren't exhausted (although from the looks of this picture ... somebody should have told our faces we weren't tired!) and hit the beach for some appetizers and dessert. My Benni even checked the metal levels of different fish so I could enjoy the flavors of the ocean :) Seven years down ... lots and lots and lots more to go!
Oh ... and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to my grandparents ... better known around these parts as GiGi (Audrey) and How How (Howard). They are celebrating their 64th anniversary today! And I thought 7 was a long time!!!
